Egg Groups (R/S/E/FR/LG)

by Toothache

Alright, I'll bet the first question you ask when breeding is "What can breed with my Geodude/Tyranitar/whatever?" Well, Pokemon are split up into egg groups. Each Pokemon in an egg group can breed only with the Pokemon in the same group.

For example, let's take a relatively small group, Mineral. The Mineral egg group contains:
Geodude, Graveller, Golem, Sudowoodo, Onix, Steelix, Nosepass, Snorunt, Glalie

So, if you wanted to breed a Sudowoodo, you could breed with any of the other Pokemon in the Mineral group. Note that a lot of Pokemon exist in two egg groups, which becomes important for chain breeding.

Egg Group names:
1. Amorphous
2. Bug
3. Dragon
4. Fairy
5. Field
6. Flying
7. Genderless (breeds only with Ditto)
8. Grass
9. Human Shaped
10. Mineral
11. Monster
12. Unbreedable
13. Water 1
14. Water 2
15. Water 3

Here is a list of Pokemon in each group. Note that this list covers all 386 current Pokemon, so no one is left out. The Pokemon are arranged alphabetically for easy reference.
